Excellent service provided by him. It took around 20mins to finish the job. After finished the core cutting he cleaned up the mess. I felt price is bit higher side but as core cutting is smooth and clean. Amount is worth it. Just ask him to put 2-3 piece of cardboard paper instead of 1 to avoid four holders marks on wall around small hole.
